6th IAHR EUROPE CONGRESS DATES CHANGED

After very careful consideration of many aspects connected to Coronavirus (Covid-19), we have made the important decision to postpone 6th IAHR Europe Congress in Warsaw, Poland, June 30th – July 2nd 2020.

The event will not be cancelled, but instead will take place on the later date of September 14-17, 2020. All paid registrants and sponsors will have their congress entry pass deferred to the new September date with no action required on the registrants side. Shall you not be able to attend the Congress in the new dates, please write to contact@iahr2020.pl. Please note, that new registration and payment terms and conditions applies with a deadlines exchanged accordingly. Check https://iahr2020.pl/registration-policy/ for further details.

The IAHR2020 Organizing Committee has been closely and continuously monitoring the COVID19 situation as it has developed both globally and in Poland. This is not a decision we have come to lightly. Our decision making has been informed by detailed risk assessment, government of all countries most recent decisions and a fact that we expect the participants from all over the world with a strongly affected countries included. We sought to balance our commitment to delivering a conference that we know provides real value and impact, with our deep and genuine concern for the health and wellbeing of all our conference attendees.

We understand that this decision will inconvenience many of you, and that you will have practical and logistical questions you will want us to answer. We ask for your understanding here; our Congress Secretariat will now have a great deal of work to do following this decision. We will be sending a further communication this week to each of you, and we hope you will bear with us until then, while we take the necessary logistical steps.

Our team will be following up with you, but if you have any immediate questions relating to this change, please contact Congress Secretariat at contact@iahr2020.pl.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.
